How it works: Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1 enhances adhesion protein synthesis (laminin-5 and collagen IV) in root sheaths, apigenin vasodilates microvascular blood vessels in the scalp, and oleanolic acid inhibits 5-alpha reductase types 1 and 2.
