Peptides that can be safely stacked with Selank (Regulatory Heptapeptide)
Semax drives robust neurogenesis, memory consolidation, and executive focus by upregulating BDNF and TrkB receptors. Selank prevents overstimulation by modulating GABA-A receptors and preserving endogenous enkephalins, creating calm, laser-sharp focus without anxiety or jitters.
Angiogenesis, granulation tissue formation, nitric oxide synthesis
Systemic cell migration, microvascular remodeling, scar tissue prevention
Stimulates anterior pituitary GH transcription & physiological pulsatile release
Triggers amplified somatotrope vesicular release without raising prolactin or cortisol
Glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide + glucagon-like peptide-1 appetite & insulin modulation
Central satiety signaling, delayed gastric emptying, insulin sensitization
Synchronized Stoichiometry, Syringe Calibrator & Kit Builder
Live stoichiometric recalculations, syringe tick marks, and 1-click kit fulfillment for all 1 active vials in this regimen.
Dual-Channel Intranasal Solution & Atomizer Station
Independent volumetric stoichiometry, fluid graduation, and metered fine-mist atomizer pump calibration for each constituent nasal solution.
Metered Nasal Atomizer Stoichiometry— Selank (Regulatory Heptapeptide)
Constituent Channel #1 of 1 (Selank (Regulatory Heptapeptide))
| Actuations | Delivered Volume | Delivered Dose (µg) | Administration SOP |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 Spray | 0.10 mL | 500 µg | 1 spray into 1 nostril |
| 2 Sprays | 0.20 mL | 1000 µg | 1 spray per nostril (bilateral distribution) |
| 3 Sprays | 0.30 mL | 1500 µg | 2 sprays in first nostril, 1 spray in opposite nostril |
| 4 Sprays | 0.40 mL | 2000 µg | 2 sprays per nostril (spaced 60s apart to prevent drainage) |
Never use standard Bacteriostatic Water (0.9% Benzyl Alcohol) for intranasal preparations. Benzyl alcohol causes intense burning, nasal mucosal irritation, and ciliary arrest. Reconstitute lyophilized neuropeptide vials intended for intranasal study strictly using Sterile 0.9% Sodium Chloride (Saline) USP or Sterile Deionized Water USP. Use within 14–21 days of reconstitution and store refrigerated at 2°C–8°C.
Aseptically reconstitute with 2 mL sterile saline and transfer into metered nasal spray bottle. Prime 2 actuations into test area before research session.
Reconstitute each compound into its own dedicated, calibrated metered nasal spray bottle. Never mix solutions in the same atomizer reservoir.
Prime each new atomizer pump with 2 test actuations into an absorbent wipe to purge dip-tube air and achieve guaranteed 0.10 mL volumetric delivery.
Intranasal preparations must strictly utilize Sterile 0.9% Saline USP or Sterile Deionized Water. Standard Bacteriostatic Benzyl Alcohol water is contraindicated.
Standard Operating Procedure (SOP): Multi-Peptide Stack Protocol
1. Pharmacodynamic Stacking Overview & Synergy Evaluation
Add at least two separate products to evaluate stack compatibility, receptor synergy, and combined administration protocols.
2. Multi-Vial Reconstitution Stoichiometry Station (1 Individual Vials)
| Vial # | Compound Name | Vial Mass | Diluent Vol | Concentration | Target Assay Dose | U-100 Syringe Draw |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Vial #1 | Selank (Regulatory Heptapeptide) | 10 mg | 2 mL | 5 mg/mL | 250 mcg – 500 mcg daily | 1 spray(s) (0.10 mL) via calibrated nasal atomizer pump |
3. Co-Administration Schedule & Timing Synchronization
Administer indicated morning compounds upon waking in a strictly fasted state (30 min before food).
Administer nocturnal secretagogue / tissue repair compounds 30–45 minutes prior to sleep.
Weekly Rhythm: 5 consecutive days on, 2 days off (e.g. Monday–Friday active, Saturday–Sunday washout).
Cycle Length: 8 to 12 weeks active research cycle.
Mandatory Washout: 4 weeks off-cycle before repeating.
- Strict Syringe Separation: Maintain separate sterile U-100 syringes for each individual reconstituted vial. NEVER draw multiple peptide solutions into a single syringe.
- Precipitation Guardrail: Differing pH buffers (e.g. alkaline copper peptides vs acidic peptide solutions) will precipitate out of solution and aggregate if co-mingled in liquid phase.
- Vial Septum Access Rotation: Rotate cannula puncture positions across the rubber vial septum (avoid repeated punctures at identical coordinates to preserve septum integrity and prevent elastomeric coring).
- Refrigerated Storage: Store reconstituted vials at 2°C – 8°C (36°F – 46°F) protected from direct UV light.
