Pharmacological Profile & Mechanism of Action
What it is: CJC-1295 No DAC (also known as Mod GRF 1-29) is a synthetic 29-amino-acid peptide analogue of natural Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH), modified with 4 amino acid substitutions to increase resistance to enzyme breakdown.
How it works: It acts directly on the GHRH receptor on pituitary cells to stimulate the synthesis and natural pulsatile release of endogenous growth hormone. Because it lacks a Drug Affinity Complex (DAC), its half-life is approximately 30 minutes, allowing the pituitary gland to release GH in natural, healthy physiological pulses without exhausting the gland.
Why researchers study it: Studied in synergy with Ipamorelin for deep sleep, lean muscle preservation, cellular rejuvenation, and fat loss while preserving natural pituitary pulsatility.

Clinically verified combinations activating complementary physiological pathways without receptor competition.
Ipamorelin (GHRP Selective)
CJC-1295 (GHRH agonist) stimulates the synthesis and transcription of Growth Hormone in pituitary somatotropes, while Ipamorelin (selective GHSR agonist) suppresses somatostatin and triggers the vesicular release pulse. Together they produce an amplified physiological GH pulse up to 5x higher than either alone.
