What it is: CJC-1295 + GHRP-2 is a synergistic combination peptide formulation containing 5 mg of CJC-1295 (without DAC) and 5 mg of Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide-2 (GHRP-2) in a single lyophilized matrix.

How it works: CJC-1295 binds pituitary GHRH receptors, priming somatotroph cells for secretion, while GHRP-2 simultaneously activates the growth hormone secretagogue receptor (GHS-R1a), inhibiting somatostatin. When administered together, they produce a supra-additive pulse of endogenous growth hormone and IGF-1 far exceeding either peptide alone.

Why researchers study it: Researched in acute pulsatile GH restoration, deep-wave slow-wave sleep promotion, and rapid nitrogen retention models.
